Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website.Therefore it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by our latest terms and conditions. 1.2 If you are not a consumer, you will therefore confirm that you have the authority to bind any business with Flatpack2go on whose behalf you use this website on. 1.3 When you use certain Flatpack2go services please read the additional information provided with regards to such services as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services. 1.4 Flatpack2go website services will require no registration for access to its services, as it is subsequently all pay as you go via Paypal. The information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete so that your order may be processed. Your details are stored and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion treated as strictly confidential at all times. In the event that you have any concerns regarding your details or become aware of any issues regarding this matter, then you must inform us immediately (see Contact Us for more information and full contact details). 2.1 All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. 2.2 The confirmation stage sets out the final details of your order.Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgment via email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is NOT an order confirmation or order acceptance from Flatpack2go. 2.3 We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please contact us. 3.1 This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK addresses only. We cannot deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland, Scotland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery otherwise your order will be voided and logged accordingly. 3.2 All Orders include free delivery unless stated. Timescales for delivery are an estimate; this is usually 14 working days subject to stock availability. While you are placing an order we make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors flatpack2go shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 3.3 As a customer you are given seven days subsequent to signing for a product any risk, loss and damage of products passes to you hereafter. Therefore under those circumstances no liability shall be taken for products damaged or missing. It is your responsibility to check all goods within the seven day period and notify us via phone or email with your order reference number and inform us of any loss, damage or missing goods to your order. Flatpack2go will be more than happy to replace your product/products or refund your money giving that the item/items are still in their original packaging with no signs of assembly. Flatpack2go gives it’s very best to assure that there will be no damage of its products upon delivery. 4.1 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods or an alternative product may be chosen. 4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: a)while we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate,errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive full refund. 4.3 Currently all payments shall be made via PayPal, other methods of payment may be introduced in the near future. 4.4 Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. 4.5 All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. 5.1 Returns and refunds with regards to section 3.3 of this agreement in the event of products being returned due to loss or damage we will replace the product/products or offer a refund, giving that the item/items are still in their original packaging with no signs of assembly.
